COVID-19 Vaccine No Waste List

LCCC has partnered with Lorain County Public Health to create a "no waste" list for individuals wanting to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Individuals complete an online form hosted on the college's website and the information will be shared with Lorain County Public Health. Anyone from the community can complete the online form and do not need to officially be part of the College to join the list. Individuals on this list could be contacted regarding vaccine availability at an existing clinic within the County and would be expected to come to the site of the clinic within a short period of time.
